Have you ever made a resolution (perhaps for New Year?) but found yourself not following through on it, even though it seemed like a really good idea? Well – you are certainly not alone. According to statisticbrain.com 45 percent of Americans make New Year’s resolutions, but only 8 percent successfully achieve their goal. Still, it is worthwhile to make resolutions, since without explicitly stating something as your goal, your chances of ever accomplishing it would be even smaller!

Resolution For Success is a 3-4-hour, hands-on workshop designed to help you make resolutions that work. Using findings from neuroscience and psychological research, in combination with coaching techniques, I will guide you through the process of making meaningful resolutions and creating a plan to accomplish them.  In the course of the workshop you will:

Set a personally meaningful goal that will improve your life in a significant way

Create a detailed, realistic plan for accomplishing your goal, ready to be set in motion immediately

Learn strategies to help you overcome the challenges you may face in accomplishing your goal.

Check periodically for scheduled workshops.
